I lost 2 pounds at Weight Watchers too! I had the best reception when I got home. Delicious! My friend from running club has just come round with homemade banoffee pie. I have the greatest friends in the world! June 30, 2013.
On the last Sunday of July I started my Summer Break with my Line Dance Club. This was the third time we had been on this fun holiday at TLH Resort in Torquay. I arrived with my friend Helene to pick up the coach and as it was already at the departure point our bags went in the boot and we were off! We also ventured on the big wheel that was at the harbour. A great experience to see Tor.
Where did the last year go? October 19, 2014. I cant believe its been over a year since my last post! Since then the road has been lumpy to say the least but things are much better than they were. so excuse me if things are brief, but theres a fair bit of ground to cover.
Swimming and running compliment each other in so many ways, and when it comes to fitness, recovery, and feeling good, an hour in the pool is worth as much, if not more, as an hour on the roads. Swimming can be used by runners to develop lung capacity, strengthen core muscles, refresh workout routines and ultimately, improve running fitness.
Slacked on my eating and drinking. At least the one consolation is that I did not have any cake. A fail day all in all. Just a lunchtime session today.
