Tuesday, November 3, 2009. This module has helped me think about student-centered assessment. Brain storm issues that I might have with student centered assessments and solutions to these problems. For example for each student-centered assessment I give I am now going to consider what I really want students to do and model my expectations to them. I plan on giving more specific rubrics and allow students to privately evaluate the group to compare what each student thought.

Tuesday, November 3, 2009. This module has helped me think about student-centered assessment in the following ways. I am thinking more about how to have students help create and implement teh assessments in my classroom. For example, creating a rubric for a project with my class. It would be interesting to see what they would assess on their rubric compared to what I would assess. Tuesday, September 29, 2009.
