A new condo launching in yishun near this reputable Yishun junior college. North Park Residence is a condo with 920 units inside. Also, it will house a mega mall called north point city mall. This is in line with a new transport hub that is promised to be built. There will be a Landscape treatment which provides more greenery all around and scenic sight from atop the roof.

I continue the work to promote North Park on the North Park Facebook Group. The community park will replace an existing parking lot, and will include an outdoor stage. Completion of the park is slated for 2020. A new Thai restaurant called Soi 30th. Has opened at 3442 30th Street, where Corazon Amorcito.
