I am a High School Biology Teacher in a suburb of Detroit, MI. I have taught all grades and abilities of students and enjoy my job every day. I am a graduate of Adrian College. And currently attending Michigan State University.

We have a tradition at my school. When a staff member leaves our building, we honor them at an end of year farewell faculty meeting. We do this by having someone on the staff give a speech about the individual and by giving each departing staff member an engraved stainless steel crab mallet.
